Hi, Brian. I, too, am doing the book-a-week thing this year. I am subscribed to your blog (in Google Reader) and am enjoying following your reading and your impressions of each book.

Wondering about your reading schedule. (Perhaps you've blogged about it before and I've just overlooked it?) It has, at times, been a struggle for my to keep my reading pace up--my daily newspaper, daily blogs, daily New York Times online, weekly New Yorker, weekly Sports Illustrated, monthly National Geographic, along with some abysmally bad freshman essays (I'm a teacher) seem to always get in the way of that week's book. Fortunately, I'm an early riser (4:20 a.m.), but still...life intrudes.

Do you have hints/pointers/suggestions?

Warmly,

Shannon
